People - Distribution Lists

Use Distribution Lists to group people together when the Classes, Ministries, Volunteers or Small Groups may not quite encompass the list you want. You can create any kind of list you can think of and use those lists to send mailings, emails, mail merges, etc.

The "List Of Distribution Lists" screen shows all of the Distribution Lists for your organization.

The "Show Distribution List Members" screen shows the Names, Ministry Groups, Household Label Indicators, Member/Visitor/Regular Attendee Indicators, Main Phone and Email Address information.

The "Select Distribution List Members" screen lets you create a distribution list or change the distribution list name as well as selecting the names of the people you want linked to the list.
