My Info/General Info - My Messages
The Messages function is used when you want to fill out a "While You Were Out" message form.
The "Messages For: xxxxx', {Current} tab" screen shows a list of messages currently waiting for you. Click on a Message to Review it. <right-click> a message, then click (Toss) when you're done with it.
The "Messages For: xxxxx', {Active} tab" screen shows shows a list of messages currently waiting for you, including messages you have used the (Snooze) button on. Use (Print) to print all of your messages, or (New) to create a new Message for another User-ID. Click (Change User) to select another User-ID and review their messages (if you have security to do so).
The "Messages For: xxxxx', {Tossed} tab" screen shows any messages you have already responded to either by "Tossing" them or "Forwarding" them to another User-ID.
The "Review Message" screen shows the message and related check boxes and any notes you or a referrer have added to the message. Use the (Snooze) button to delay action on this message until later, or click (Toss) when you are done with it. However, if you want to forward the message to another User-ID, click the (Forward To) button and select the User-ID desired. The (New Message) button can be used to create a new message for another User, while the (Follow Up...) button can be used to initiate a new Follow Up (Tickler) Path for any Name/Address in the database.
The "Select A User-ID" screen is used to select another User-ID when referring a message to another User or when changing User-IDs.
The "Messages For: xxxxx', {Tossed} tab for a different User-ID" screen shows their messages (if you have security to access them), which you can click to Review.
The "Review Message (Tossed or Forwarded)" screen shows another User's message.
