Provide Pastoral Care

SeekerWorks.NET™ enables you to set up your Pastoral Care in two different ways- through the 'Manage' menu, or through the 'People' menu. Either way, the intent and the capabilities are to track every Pastoral Care event you care about with every person who attends your church or participates with your organization.

The 'Manage' menu contains the 'My Pastoral Care' group of 2 functions. Every user of SeekerWorks.NET™ automatically has access to organize their own Pastoral Care events. If someone has extra security access to other users' Pastoral Care data, they can also choose another user-id to see or modify their list of Pastoral Care events. If not, their user-id is read-only:

  1. List Of My Pastoral Care Entries
    List Of My Pastoral Care Entries screen

    • This screen shows every Pastoral Care event with every person for the current or selected user.

  2. Edit My Pastoral Care Entry
    Edit My Pastoral Care Entry screen

    • Use this screen to create or modify one Pastoral Care event for the current or selected user.

The 'People' menu contains the 'Pastoral Care' group of 4 functions:

  1. List Of Pastoral Care Entries
    List Of Pastoral Care Entries screen

    • This screen shows every Pastoral Care event with every person for every user providing the care.

  2. Edit Pastoral Care Entry
    Edit Pastoral Care Entry screen

    • Use this screen to create or modify one Pastoral Care event.

  3. Edit A Contact Type
    Edit A Pastoral Care Contact Type screen

    • Use this screen to create or modify the list of Pastoral Care Contact Types you want to track.

  4. List Of Pastoral Care Entries For: {name} [id]
    List Of Pastoral Care Entries For screen

    • This screen shows every Pastoral Care event for one person attending or participating with your church or organization.
