SeekerWorks.NET™ makes it easier for you to pray specifically for people in your church. One way to collect prayer requests is through the SeekerWorks.org™ Attendee portal.

Any logged-in user can add prayer requests through the "Prayer Wall" on the portal:

This screen is an example of the prayer requests page for Community Church of Cartoonville, which shows the (Request Prayer) button below the prayer request input fields, as part of the Prayer Wall. When clicked, the path for the 'New Prayer Request' trigger would be initiated, if there was one set up for CCCartoonville (which there isn't).

All non-confidential prayer requests automatically appear on the prayer wall screen. In this example, the prayer wall can be found on the (Home/Care/Prayer Requests) page, and Everyone can pray for those requests once they log in.

In SeekerWorks.NET™, there are a group of screens available through the 'People' menu for Prayer Requests also.

The List Of Prayer Requests screen:

This screen shows all of the confidential and non-confidential prayer requests that have been captured through one of the methods available. If an item has an Onboarding Date value, that prayer request was created during the Onboarding process using the Edit Onboarding/Visitor Information Card {Prayer/Milestones} tab. Click/Touch an (eyeball) button to edit or view a prayer request.

The Edit A Prayer Request screen:

This screen is used to create a prayer request, or change the prayer request selected on the "List Of Prayer Requests" screen above. Use the (…) pick list button to select or change the request's From information. This screen could also be used to pray with leadership for confidential prayer requests. And, you can Log answers to prayer requests as God provides.

The List Of Prayer Request Types screen:

Use this screen to add your most important prayer request types. Click or touch one in the list at the right to change or remove it.

The Prayer Requests For: {name} [ID] screen:

This screen shows every prayer request collected for a particular person. Note that all small group prayer requests are not shown to protect the privacy of any small groups this person may be a part of. Use the (…) pick list button to select or change the person you want to view. Click/Touch an (eyeball) button to edit or view a prayer request.

Lastly, the non-confidential prayer requests could also be emailed to everyone on the Prayer Chain using the (Email Prayer Requests) Sub Menu option within the Email functions on the 'People' menu.
